Shibazakura Festival 2024 Concludes with Great Success

We are delighted to announce that the Shibazakura Festival 2024 has concluded with great success.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who attended and made the event special.

We were blessed with fine weather and could welcome you under the clear blue sky.

The square was filled with numerous food trucks and market stalls, while the stage showcased sophisticated performances. Additionally, the Fuwafuwa playground set up on the grassy area was a great success, with plenty of children enjoying themselves.

As the sun began to set, the Katsuragi City 20th Anniversary Logo Awards Ceremony took place, followed by the breathtaking illumination of the Shibazakura (pink moss phlox) field. Fireworks lit up the sky, enhancing the atmosphere with bursts of color. Furthermore, the day was filled with entertaining events such as live performances by Matsui Erina and LUV K RAFT and a grand raffle draw, ensuring a day-long celebration that was a resounding success.

The soft glow illuminated the cherry blossoms at night, casting a beautiful scene where the night view of Katsuragi City could be seen from the Shibazakura fields, illuminated by the lights during Matsui Erina and LUV K RAFT’s live performance. It was truly magnificent.
