Join Our Outdoor Yoga Classes!
We are excited to announce that we will be hosting yoga classes at the scenic Shiawase no Mori Park Observation Plaza. Surrounded by breathtaking views of the Katsuragi Mountain Range and the Yamato Plain, this is the perfect opportunity to rejuvenate your mind and body.
Whether you’re an experienced yogi or a complete beginner, everyone is welcome to join. Don’t miss out on this chance to practice yoga in a beautiful outdoor setting. We look forward to seeing you there!

* In case of rain, the class will be held in the multipurpose room at Michi-no-Eki Katsuragi.
* Each session lasts approximately one hour.
* You can sign up for any or all of the above dates.

* We will provide blue tarps at the location.
Important Notes
We will walk from the meeting point (Michi-no-Eki Katsuragi Tourist Information Center) to the Shiawase no Mori Park Observation Plaza.
There are about 180 steps to climb, so please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
