At Kurihama Flower Park, we’re thrilled to announce a special limited-time illumination event showcasing ‘Godzilla’ and Winter Illumination! The 10-meter-long Godzilla has been a cherished feature in the Kurihama Flower Park Adventure Land for over two decades, winning the affection of both Yokosuka locals and Godzilla enthusiasts.
The illumination, inspired by Godzilla’s dorsal fins and heat-ray imagery, presents a striking contrast of blue and red lights. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this unique Winter Illumination event!
About Kurihama Flower Park
A lush park that maximizes natural terrain features, renowned in the metropolitan area for its poppy and cosmos garden, adventurous land with a Godzilla slide, herb garden and foot bath “Yuttari,” archery and air rifle range for adults, a grassy square with an observation deck, a plaza featuring trees from each prefecture, a tree garden, camellia garden, and a sky-high BBQ spot with a breathtaking view of Tokyo Bay. The park also features a flower train running through its grounds.
