Kehi Jingu Shrine
Kehi Jingu Shrine is locally well known as “Kehisan.”
The shrine is said to have been established in A.D.702 and enshrines seven deities as the head shrine in the Hokuriku-do area.
The shrine’s main god is “Izasawake no Mikoto,” a god of food, as the name suggests.
At the present day, the god is worshipped as a god of livelihood in general and maritime safety.
