Sanin History Museum

Sanin History Museum is housed in the red-brick Western-style building that was familiar to the citizens as the building of Yonago City Hall over many years.
At the time of the completion, the building was one of the largest in the Sanin region and was designated as a tangible cultural property of the city.
Exhibited in the museum are historical and folklore materials about Yonago Castle, such as the models of shachihoko (orca-shaped ornament) and those of the main castle tower of Yonago Castle.
