Futakotamagawa Park

Futakotamagawa Park is located nine minutes from Futakotamagawa Station on foot.
It is a park filled with an abundance of greenery surrounded by the greenery of Kokubunji Terrace and the riverside of the Tama River.
Registered volunteers called "Park Supporters," are involved in its management, and a park operation in which residents participate in is conducted.
There is an authentic Japanese garden called "Kishin-en Garden" in the park and within it is the restored "Former Shimizu Family Residence Shoin" that has been designated as a registered tangible cultural property.
As a place that can be enjoyed as a family, it has a "Grass Square" where you can run around freely on the lawn, a "Green Playground" where wooden play equipment is available, the "Natumoco Garden" which is a flowerbed maintained by the "Park Supporters", and so on, and families, couples, and people who come here to do walking can also enjoy themselves.
Also, there is also the "Setagaya Forest of Life" in the park, where residents of the ward have planted trees.
On days with good weather, you can also see Mt. Fuji and the Tanzawa Mountains.
