The Former Kunitachi Station
The Former Kunitachi Station, which was dismantled in 2006 as part of the three-dimensional elevation construction on the JR Chuo Line, reopened in April 2020 to serve a new role as a base for transmitting the appeal of the city.
It is a small composite facility comprised of the Display Room, which introduces the history of how Kunitachi was built and the appeal of the Former Kunitachi Station as a cultural asset, the City Information Center, which serves as a tourist information center, and the Hall and Outdoor Space, which are multi-purpose open spaces.
