Mount Myojin

Mount Myojin in Oji is a small mountain, with a height of only 273.6m, but at the summit, a 360° panoramic view opens up, and you can see five World Heritage sites.
In addition to the view of the entire Nara Basin, from the Osaka side, you can see the World Heritage Site that is the Mozu-Furuichi Kofun Group, as well as Abeno Harukas, and on a sunny day, as far as the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge.
The hiking course to the summit is filled with diversity, and you can enjoy a serene natural environment, including the rhododendrons blooming in the spring.
Approx. 30 – 40 minutes' walk from the Mount Myojin torii gate, at the mountain's base, to the summit.
