Tenri Station Plaza CoFuFun
A lively hub area in front of JR Kintetsu Tenri Station that features a distinctive building designed to resemble an ancient "Kofun" style burial mound.
There is also large-scale playground equipment for children to enjoy playing with, an outdoor stage for a wide variety of events, as well as a tourist information center, and cafes offering dishes prepared with local ingredients. The "CoFuFun Shop" features souvenirs and local specialty items from Tenri too.
The facility's design was handled by "nendo", which is headed by the internationally renowned architect Oki Sato.
