Dōgo Onsen Honkan

With a history of 3,000 years, it is the symbol of Dōgo Onsen, said to be the oldest onsen in Japan.
Rebuilt in Meiji 27 (1894), it is an active public bathhouse, recognized as a National Tangible Cultural Property.
On July 11th, 2024, the entire facility, including the lounge, reopened for the first time in about five and a half years.
In addition, preservation and repair work was completed in December of the same year.
