Hōjō-en Plaza
Hōjō-en Plaza is a plaza in front of Dōgo Onsen Station, at the entrance of the Dōgo Shopping Street.
There are famous spots, such as the "sagiishi," which has the footprints of a white heron that healed its wounds in Dōgo Onsen, and a footbath with water coming from a hot spring kettle used in the Dōgo Onsen Main Building from 1891 to 1954.
At night, you can enjoy the hot spring scenery lit by old-fashioned gas lamps.
