The temple of Ariwara no Narihira.
Within the temple grounds is the famous "Shibarare Jizo," known from the judgments of Ooka. It is believed that tying a straw rope around this Jizo statue while making a wish will bring blessings.
A ritual called the Rope Untying Ceremony is held on New Year's Eve, during which the ropes are untied and blessed.
