Yubara Onsen Sunayu
The "Sunayu" in the hot spring town is a natural open-air bath where hot water springs from the riverbed, and it can be used for free 24 hours a day.
It has been named the "Yokozuna of the West" in the national open-air bath ranking, and you can enjoy several baths of different temperatures, known as the bath of beauty, the bath of fertility, and the bath of longevity.
The high-alkalinity spring water makes your skin feel smooth, and there are separate, simple changing rooms for men and women.
It is recommended that women rent a bathing dress, and men should cover themselves with a towel.
The onsen is located along the Asahi River and downstream of Yubara Dam.
