Experience Traditional Local Flavors

Situated on a mountainside 400 meters above sea level, this rural experience center was once an elementary school. Here, visitors can savor local dishes passed down through generations, like himokawa (thick udon noodles) and kitsune sushi (sushi topped with fried tofu), and even participate in udon-making workshops.
Surrounding the center is Kunugi no Nanamagari, a renowned spot for seasonal blooms. In spring, it bursts with the colors of wintersweet, flowering peach, and three-leaf azalea, while autumn brings forth delicate clusters of hardy begonia.
