Onojo Cocorono-furusato-kan City Museum

A Civic Museum for Historical Preservation and Community Engagement

Opened in the summer of 2018, this civic museum is dedicated to preserving the history of Onojo City and fostering community interaction. The museum features a large monitor showcasing the history of Onojo City, tourist attractions, local specialties, and recommended products.
There is also a children’s play area, a space recreating the lifestyle of the Showa period, exhibits of historical and cultural assets, and a climbing wall modeled after a famous stone wall at the Site of Ono Castle. Experience and learn about Onojo City with both your mind and body.
