Hill of Grappa

Hill of Grappa, located next to the Chateau, produces distilled spirits (Izu Kagerou, Izu Kagerou BARREL) made from the grape skins and seeds left over after winemaking.
The restaurant in this facility offers a barbecue menu, and it has a unique feature: the ceiling is made of grapevines, and the windows open on all sides, providing a view of the vineyards, creating an open-air feeling as if you were almost outdoors.
You can enjoy the feeling of barbecuing in the heart of nature while savoring fresh meat from Shizuoka Prefecture, such as Fujinokuni Pork and Bimidori Chicken.
